📦 Returns

We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition, unopened and unused

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)

Important: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetics.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used beauty products

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards
